Returns, Shipping & Sell Outs
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For these reasons, if you think that you’ve received a defective item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to exchange the item. The item will need to be mailed back to us within 3 days of the notification.
In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can get the mishap sorted out for you! If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item.
Returned items must remain NEW, un-washed, and un-worn.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Sew Sassy is pleased to provide our customers with FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100!! All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification (within 3 business days) through your email address on file once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info, and if you see a problem after the 3 business days, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
Sew Sassy is pleased to offer customers the option of "Priority Shipping" -- this guarantees USPS delivery within 2 - 3 business days and provides up to $50 of insurance on your package. Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS First Class, and estimates a delivery timeframe of 3 - 5 business days. The "Priority" option is perfect for when you need your adorable goodies in a hurry!
Sew Sassy does not offer "order combining" services for US customers. Due to USPS increases, as of January 2017 the estimated standard shipping cost for 1 pair of icings is $4.25 (standard) and $7.25 (priority).
Sew Sassy will no longer offer the "Local Pick-Up" option for customers in the Nashville, TN area - effective July 1, 2016.

All international shipping will vary in price, according to package weight. We are so happy to share the SASSY-ness with our customers across the globe!!
Due to high volumes on our website at times, it is possible that the site may over sell an item. If this happens, you will receive an email and a refund from us. We are very sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
Sassy Shopping Tips
Once you have the items in your cart, move on to checkout where you will have 5 min to complete your purchase. Unfortunately, items can sell out from the time you put an item in your cart, to the time you check out. We recommend shopping quickly to avoid this issue. Logins are helpful, but not required! All existing Sew Sassy customers should feel free to use their customer login for a quick and easy check out. If you have purchased from Sew Sassy in the past and you forgot to setup a login, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject: Request Login) and we will email you an invite. If you are a first time customer, be sure to setup a login as you checkout. Logins are only provided for existing customers.
